Tony did the rough-in plumbing on my basement, and he was really easy to work with, even giving me great advice on how to fixtures for the plumbing final.  I got three estimates for the job, but I knew when Tony was done with his estimate that Overacker was going to get the job.  Some folks just give you the right feeling of trust I guess.

A few months later, I had to have a new water heater installed.  Mine was leaking bad, but Terry didn’t have guys available for a week, and I couldn’t wait, so I used another plumber.  I had a lot of trouble with that new water heater and had that company out for two service visits to try and figure it out.  They just kept telling me it was fine and tried to sell me additional products.

I called Terry for advice…and guess what, he helped me!  He gave me great advice even though he didn’t make a dime off of it.

Based on advice Terry gave me,  I got this other company I used to replace the water heater, but they never pulled permits for any of the work they did.  Terry Overacker Plumbing did everything by the book at my house, and I realize there is something important about that.  I will never use another plumber again.  Thanks Terry.  And sorry.
